The Tips tab has short habits and stretches that help keep your head stacked over your shoulders. Each tip shows how long it takes, step-by-step instructions and why it helps. Home shows a different tip of the day.

Included for everyone:

  • Chin tucks: the classic reset for a forward head. Ten slow reps, anywhere.
  • Raise your screen: bring the top of your monitor to eye level so your head doesn't have to drop.
  • Take micro-breaks: thirty seconds of movement every half hour.
  • Lift your phone: bring your phone up toward your eyes instead of your eyes down to your phone.
  • 20-20-20 for your eyes: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

With Posture Plus+:

  • Shoulder rolls: loosen the upper back and shoulders.
  • Doorway chest stretch: open up a tight chest that pulls your shoulders and head forward.
  • The two-minute desk reset: a quick top-to-bottom check of your setup.

If a stretch hurts, stop. Posture Plus is a wellness and awareness tool, not a medical device.
